Q: What is the shelf life of your bars?

Hi there, thanks for asking. From the date of manufacture they have a 9 month shelf life. The current stock held in Amazon has a best before date of December 2021. Thanks

Q: my bars have 14g carbohydrates, so why does the company state only 3-4g carbs in each bar?

Hi there, our Coconut bars contain 6g Total carbs per bar and 3.9g net carbs. I am not sure where you are seeing 14g. The bars are 40g each so you may be looking at the per 100g information. Thanks

Q: How are the net carbs being counted? in the u.k. net carbs are the total carbs minus any polyols. all carbs should be counted as fibre is deducted?
