This little devise exceeded my expectations. It does a great job cleaning. All my jewelry sparkles so beautiful. It even cleaned my silver very well, but I did use special cleaning solutions with it. For other jewelry I just used dish soap and water. It works very fast and it is easy to use. It is compact, but still fits a lot of peaces at the same it. I wish I bought it sooner. I am totally happy with my purchase.

I ordered this cleaner to help me maintain my jewelry, as some pieces sit for awhile unworn in the jewelry armoire. Firstly, the cleaner came super fast! 2 days! The box was neatly and very securely packaged inside another mailing box with air-cushioning. Inside, the cleaner itself is crisp white, with a digital screen, and a clear aqua peek-through window to watch the cleaning inside. There is a cleaning basket, and curved piece for use with watches or bracelets. The size of the cleaning tank is very generous, and leaves room for lots of pieces of jewelry. I like that the cleaner can also be used on unexpected items like coins, certain vape pieces, electric razor heads, and glasses. The directions are very easy to follow, and offer a step by step list of how to use the machine. I chose to start with a couple old rings, and the cleaner formed little bubbles, that burst away the tarnish! The gems sparkles like new! And one great feature- It's so much more quiet than others I've heard! I would recommend trying this for yourself!

Works great! I bought some jewelry cleaner to use with it as well and I love it. Not loud at all. Very quiet. Didn’t take long to clean. Washed my husbands shell necklace and it cleaned it so well the water was grey. So nasty lol but the necklace was WHITE again. It loosen up grime and dirt so there may be a little left on the jewelry and when I dried them it came right off. Well worth the money. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. This is so easy to use ! Check the max water fill line and fill the water up to there. I like to add a little dawn dish soap for extra sparkle. It goes for abojt two minutes and leaves rings sparkling !

Not sure if the high priced cleaning solution is truly needed however this ultrasonic energy does clean well. Not only jewelry but watches. It cleaned 20 years of crud out of a watch. Yes, it took cleaning it 2 times but damn, there was crud in places I didn't even think of and now all our watches look new again.

For jewelry you’re better off with dish soap and toothbrush - my mother recently passed and the rings she wore for nearly 50 years were never cleaned so got this waste of money and wasn’t impressed- meanwhile the ones I put in a dish with dish soap and warm water came out sparkling beautifully- don’t bother

Bought this to clean my rings that weren't badly tarnished or anything. Just wanted to brighten them up. Added the water and left them in on the longest setting. They looked exactly the same so I then added jewelry cleaner, which worked but I could've simply tossed my rings in the cleaner. Didn't need this device for that!!! The basket is impossible to remove so I literally had to dump everything in the kitchen sink because I didn't want to stick my fingers in the jewelry cleaner. Wouldn't have had to if it worked with just water like advertised. I saw no bubbles although I can hear it hum. Next I tried cleaning my eye glasses. Again, with just water they were no cleaner. Would've returned this junk, but I forgot about it tossed in my spare room and time ran out. Save yourself the money and buy an $8 bottle of jewelry cleaner. If I could rate this product with 0 stars I would.

First unit failed after approx. 20 uses and of course after Amazon return date. Notified vendor of the problem and they responded the next day and sent me a new unit.Great customer service!!!
