If you want crisp well-balanced sound, keep looking. Good Customer Service.
Thump, Boom, Throb ... Like Meghan Trainor, these earphone are "All About That Bass". Why 2 stars? Pro: I got these for cheap and wireless is nice. Con: volume buttons are tiny, hard to use. There are no skip forward/reverse controls. They feel a bit heavy on my head. The bass is way too much, IMO. When using my music player, I set the EQ to "Bass Reducer" just so my head doesn't throb - and it's still too much bass.I'm not sure the noise cancelation does anything yet. It seems to me that it just boosts the bass further.Summary: if you prefer head-throbbing, ear-thumping, unbalanced, overly-boosted bass in you music, these are for you. If, however, you are looking for crisp, well-balanced, clean sound in a light package, keep looking.========================Additional Notes:MPOW contacted me regarding my concerns in this review. I was impressed with their customer service efforts. Although there were some screw-ups on their part with shipping, and despite a long delay due to shipping, I was eventually satisfied as a customer. I stand by my original 2-star review of the headphones, but I gave 3 stars because MPOW Customer Service made good on their word.P.S. The MPOW Muze Touch headphones are 40 grams lighter and have a much better balanced sound = not overly bass-heavy (still a strong bass, but not over-driven and head-rattling).

Eh, you can do better even in this price range
These are super uncomfortable after wearing them for a bit. They just seem really tight on my head. They don't breathe also, so the area around my ears gets really sweaty by the time i take them off. I'm not talking all day, either. Maybe an hour here and there. The openings for my ears don't seem to be big enough either, so they will put pressure on my ears themselves which can get sore if I wear them too long.Sound quality isn't great. Compared to my other pair that these were to replace (which were also a cheaper pair) voices seem muffled and it only gets worse when the active noise cancelling is on.Positives, tho: No connection issues. Easy buttons. No "hold 3 seconds.." "hold 5 seconds" There is an on switch, an ANC switch... etc.Just wish the fit was better and a boost in sound quality.

they work fine for strictly audio but there was a syncing issue ...
It's a lower cost set of ANC headphones and they do not come close to matching Bose QC35s. I do understand the significant price difference but one thing that was surprising is that when you activate the ANC on a plane there's very little difference to the overall sound. They are on-ear and not over-ear unless you have small ears which likely makes a difference too as QC35 are over-ear. For bluetooth usage, they work fine for strictly audio but there was a syncing issue with video. I tried using them with several phones and consistently saw the audio delay for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video, and Facebook. Using the aux cable resulted in no audio delay. Overall, for the price, they're just okay and I wouldn't buy it again.

Very good product
Very good product. I don't write Excellent because as a reader I usually don't believe people who rate something as excellent. However, this is as good as it gets. In my opinion, the only other product better than this would be an equal product of Bose brand. I got it for myself, because there is too much chat noise at the office. This headset blocks noise well. The noise cancelling feature works very well. The sound, when playing music, is very good. With only 20-30 percent of the volume, I'm able to block out sound from co-workers chatting loudly right next to me. One thing that bothers me is the noise cancelling switch; very small and I have to use my fingernail to switch it On and Off. Another thing that bothers me a bit is that when I take the headset off because I need to speak a coworker, if I keep it off for ten minutes or more, it will automatically disconnect the Bluetooth from the computer. I have to keep reconnecting it. Overall, I am very very happy with it.

Works great, I wish ANC switch would stick out a little more.
The headphone works without any issues. Noise cancellation is probably just as good as an expensive Bose ANC headphones. The blue-tooth connectivity has been great and has given me no issues. I have been using it for over 2 weeks now. Wired connections sound a little bit better when you play close attention to it. Otherwise it all sounds the same. Ear pads go around the ear, so there is always some noise reduction regardless of turning on the electronic ANC.The hinges make a small cracking sound when you fold the headphones. After days of usage, they are still firm. So I don't doubt the quality, but I always wonder if I have cracked something. The only comment I would make for improvement is that the ANC on-off switch is too small. The power button on the other side is so much easier to access/use, but I always need to rely on the finger-nails to turn on the ANC. It is tough to do it when you are looking at it, tougher when you are wearing it.Other than that, the headphone feels and works great, no complaints.

breaks too easy
On December 20, 2014, I bought 3 of these headphones because I wanted the noise cancelling function with the Bluetooth functionality to listen to music for my family. One of the headphones arrived broken where the headphone bends. It is March 3, 2015 and my just son showed me where his device broke at the same place, and he now only can listen to music after twicking the electrical cable going through that section of the headphone. We will see how long the third one lasts. The functions work good, great music, good way to reduce noise, but it just does not last to make it worth.April 2, 2015 - update. The company contacted me by email after reading this review. They explained the guarantee policy which covers the headphones for a year, and they and sent me a new set of headphones. I just tested them and they are working well.

Very useful Bluetooth headphones with excellent deep base amplification and working ...
Very useful Bluetooth headphones with excellent deep base amplification and working active noise cancellation feature activated via the (ANC) switch. ANC works even better when it is used with the microphone for video chatting or phone calls in noisy environments. I used it to get through the past two months of house renovations and I must say it works extremely well given the price. The quality of the sound is excellent with only some white noise (faint hissing sound) when ANC is turned on during music playback, but the ear phones themselves isolate enough noise to make it not necessary to have ANC turned on when simply listening to music playback. No Bluetooth connectivity issues whatsoever, paired instantly in pairing mode. To enter pairing mode simply press and hold the pair button until built-in indicator lights alternate blinking fast blue and red. The ear phones do not have very many instructions and the font in the manual is extremely small with limited directions for set up; however, since these headphones are very simple to use, set-up is fairly straight forward. The materials feel cheap and the flexible rubbery air cushion under the top bridge of the earphones (i.e. the part that rests against your head) has a strong material smell at first which dissipates with time when aired out (when not kept in any enclosed packaging). This rubbery material makes these headphones quite comfortable. The only downside of the design is that the plastic slide down adjustment rails on either end of the headphones do not slide very far so people with larger or very height foreheads or wide ear-to-ear diameter may find the fit to be uncomfortably tight for periods of long use. Also, there is no charger included, just a micro-USB cable, so make sure you have a USB port around that you can use to charge these earphones. Other than that, the sound quality and connectivity is 5 star, especially the exceptional base when listening to hip-hop, pop, or modern electronic music of any kind.

Nice for home use, but definitely not very comfortable for outside.
Great headphones. But there are some issues.Pros:- wireless + wired is a great design. I can use it with multiple devices just switching from wired to wireless- nice design (looks)- great for home use- wont break the bankCons:- small buttons - you might not use them a lot, but I just dont like the power and sound buttons to be so small.- too bass heavy - even on light bass songs the bass goes crazy. Conclusion:If you like a lot of bass, these are for you. Very bass heavy. Too much for me as I start to get a headache after about 15 mins of music. Changing EQ does not help - no idea why it's not changing the profile of the sound. Also if you are going to wear them outside, you are probably better off buying Mpow Touch which has controls(play, volume).UPDATE:seems like the Treble and the Mids are completely gone. I turned on Active Noise Isolation and they are back?!! Not sure what is going on here. If you are watching video with Voice only, these will sound like you are in a huge hall with barely any voice coming through. When you turn on ANC it will bring back the Treble and Mids to proper levels.

Go for August EP650 instead of this!
For about the same price range, I'd recommend August EP650 instead!! For music listening, August EP650 sounds way better and clear in all different range (high/ mid/ low), Mpow sounds pretty muddy when you have the comparison. For phone calls, I had it tested with 4 different people, only 1 person said it's better and more clear than August EP650; 1 person said it's indifferent; the rest 2 said August EP650 sounds better. And also Mpow is very tight, for myself who's considered to have a considerably smaller head size, I felt I couldn't wear this for 2 straight hours, I doubt it'd be comfortable for most of other people. Kudos to Amazon to give me full refund!!

These headphones are really loud. Bought them for the ANC which i think could have been better but for the price I paid I wasn't expecting the top of the line quality ANC. Would i buy them again Yep.Bass on these headphones is Awesome. I would give it a 5 star but the one feature that is missing and should be added is when you close them up they should shut off. Forgot a couple times phone rings and headphones are on other side of room.. only big complaint

Great value
So these are fairly comfortable and the sound is up to par for me. I've had two pairs and each boke just above the swing connection on the head bar within the first few months. The black coating flakes off as well. Buuuut, i still love the value.
