PROLAB Amino GEL-CAPS, 200-Count

Received exactly what I ordered in record time.

This package was left at the road, not brought up to house. Certainly not a secure place. Visitor brought it up to the house Not Happy

I've alternated between ProLab and Twin Labs. Pro Lab gets the award overall with their gelcaps. Larger than normal size that most are used to, the gelcaps definitely make for an easy glide right down the gullet. I've always noticed a 'good' feeling during the hours following recovery, and the days following were always spent easier while still taking these. I don't practice loading methods over maintenance use so I don't know the results in that respect. I only take these on the days I workout, sometimes before, after or both. There has always been a considerable difference during the workout weeks I don't have them, compared to the weeks I do. The difference is felt in the swell during the workout if taken 30-45 minutes prior...as if I could feel the blood moving more smoothly and faster after each set. I've since converted to liquid aminos by Twin Labs (cherry flavored is best over orange), but would always recommend and buy these again.

Pro Labs Amino Gel Tabs are great, but not this bottle. A defective product shipped, the tabs are greasy and covered with yellow spots, some of the gel tabs may have broke at some point, but I don't know, but I don't want to be poisoned. Plus this was an item not for individual sale which is un-cool! To top off a bad experience, NO RETURNS.

These are better than gnc brand.

Yes. This brand of aminos does the job. I can only take them about 3 times per week otherwise I can not sleep I have so much energy

I would rather buy next time ; Just a good quality protein by Healthy n fit or Optimum Nutrition . I feel from experience it would be a better choice !
