This is one of the best apricot preserves I’ve ever purchased not to sweet with apricots within making the preserves heavy with real fruit. You can still taste the tartness in the preserves, most delicious apricot flavor very natural balanced taste, I’ve been buying this brand for years.

I am not sure why this jar of jam was already open. There was no resistance when I tried to open it the first time. Inside the jam was browner than I have ever seen it. After smelling it I took a tiny taste and immediately had to throw it away for fear that it had gone bad and would make us sick. Again not sure where it had been opened prior to us getting it since it was encased in the bubble wrap when I openwd the box. Perhaps it was never closed at the factory???
