High quality tasty manuka honey. If you aren't familiar with this brand and a bit scared to buy it. It might be helpful to know they sell this in big store like costco and also in a lot of the vitamin shops. The one in costco is lower MGO so if you want a higher MGO you can buy it here on Amazon or their direct website. I take a spoon each day and it has improved my overall gut health.

I've been using this honey for about 5 weeks now and decided to purchase it after reading reviews about its health benefits. I've been suffering with allergies/sinus issues for several years now (15+) and have tried everything possible to address from doctors medication to homeopathic medicine. Nothing has really worked. It was getting to the point that my face was consistently swollen and had been told by friends family members that it looked like I had over done it with botox and fillers. My left eye also had a pouch under the eye and it looked like the bags under my eyes were extremely swollen. I also had issues constantly clearing my throat (maybe every 15 minutes) and continuous itching in my nose. Also for about 5 months my ears were plugged (maybe from the sinus) and tried everything possible to unplug them and nothing worked. For those that are wondering, yes, I did go to the doctors, allergist and ENT , all indicating that it could be allergies or an ENT issue but neither found anything wrong but were willing to give me medication.I started to take the Manuka Honey and about 3 weeks later I started to cough, and cough and cough. About 5 weeks into it my nose started to drain, drain and continuous to drain. Needless to say that the swelling in my face and my sinus lines have been reduced about 70%. The bags or swelling on both of my eyes have been reduced and my under eye bag on my left eye has been deflated, not completely but significantly. The throat clearing has been reduced to just a few times a day and most importantly my ears are beginning to unplug (pop).I don't know if its a coincidence, but this is the only thing I've been taking for the last few weeks and it has worked for me. I also used it for acne and a bad cut I had on my finger. Let me tell you, my wound which I considered going to the ER to get it stitched has been the best healed.

I love this honey & use it orally ( have used it topically in ankle wounds successfully too). Has mild flavor & goes great in tea & other drinks & foods. I was grossly disappointed today when 17.6 oz jug was delivered in a paper Amazon bag because it was severely dented in left lower front side. I bought this as the price was lowered & now I know why. Now I have to open it immediately & use it. Please pack liquids including honey in a box or wrapped in paper or bubble wrap.

Love this stuff!! I bought a bottle in late Dec. 2015 and at first I used it all the time (b/c sadly I had bad skin). Now I just use it when my skin acts up. It worked very well to clear up breakouts and brown spots I had from old acne. I have the olive type complexion that leaves scars after any blemish that is below the skin. This stuff has cleared that all up. If I used it every day I would have perfect glowing skin I'm sure - especially if I ate only clean organic, no sugar foods. Sadly, I'm a glutton and will always have blemishes. Originally, when I first started using this I mixed it with lemon juice and cinnamon to use as a face mask. Now I just blend a little bit of this with jojoba oil and its my cleanser/mask in one. The only complaint is that it is honey so its sticky. I find it a little bothersome to have to pull my hair up and keep my face away from my kids, clothing, sheets and everything else. That's my only complaint - that its sticky and not the easiest to use. Totally worth the price/aggravation to know exactly what you are putting on your face and that its HONEY and not all kind of chemicals that could possibly cause more breakouts. For those of you who are wondering if paying this much for the "magical" manuka honey ... sorry!! Can't help there. I've never used any other kind of honey for face cleaning.

My wife and and my mother in law have suffered from stomach pain/ acid influx for at least 5 years. I have my wife on many types of medicine including prescription but those just temporary relieve the pain. Some of them seems to work but not permanently. Recently, my wife have a sudden sharp pain again. After seeing doctor and do everything the doctor provided, the pain was just a little bit better. I knew manuka honey because my colleague discussed it with me earlier on how the raw honey help your immune system and allergy. I decide to read more about manuka honey and find some review stating that it also help in wound healing and specifically on digestive track wound. I give it a try. I have my wife took it twice a day when her stomach is empty in the morning and before dinner. Just a days after first try, I saw a big improve. Pain was gone....she can walk upright. I am keeping her taking it and will keep taking it for at least 6 months to make sure everything is healed. I'm sending one to my mother in law now. I also have chance to take it. You can feel the pain in your stomach/esophagus conjunction relieve right away. I and my wife also try other grade (16+) but it does not as good as 400+ (equal to 20+). I hope my review will help anyone that is reluctant to try this to give it shot. It also taste good, although not as good as normal just-sweet honey. Keep in mind it is a medicine from nature.
