I've been using this for a few months now and my hair is definitely getting better and growing. I have lots of extra hair coming through, I do take it with bamboo silicon suppliment which work together.

UPDATE THEY ARE WORKING I'VE NEW GROWTH IN AREAS I'VE NOT HAD GROWTH FOR YEARS. FINE BABY TYPE HAIR AT THE MOMENT😊First impressions my Botin tablets came in this pouch as shown in my photo which is what was advertised. My reason for the 4 stars is because the package has practically no information regarding the contents other than saying its biotin. Hardly noticeable printed take one a day.My suggestion would be to reread or read the information in the listing. It might even be worth printing if off for a quick reference should you need it later. I certainly did.As you can see by my photo the tablets are small and easy to swallow and have no after taste. You need to take just one tablet a day.I thought I'd give this brand a try as they were very good value. Much less than I'd normally pay. I have been taking Biotin for about six months now. My nails skin and hair had become in a very poor state. I have varies health conditions plus medication that can cause issues so I thought I'd support my body adding in some vitamins and minerals.Taking Biotin for just about 6 months my nails are no longer flaky and do not break as often. My hair is certainly in much better condition and thicker but still remains dry as does my skin. I think this is due to my aging process I'm now 64.These are the ingredientsBiotin 12,000mcg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium StearateI do hope my comments helped I will update my review once I've been on this brand for a few months.
