Stove hood
Nice little stove vent. Fit my small gas stove. Good fan and light

You will need an electrician to hard-wire it if you are replacing a plug-in unit-
When I moved into my house, there was a hard-wired fan-light above my stove, but when I remodeled the kitchen I replaced it with a plug-in microwave that included a fan and light. The microwave part of that stayed up for years after it quit working, and finally I found help to take it down. By then I had a countertop microwave, so decided to opt for just this range hood with a filtered fan and light. The price was way, way lower and it's really all I needed. I don't have a duct to the roof for the fan to send the steam and smoke to, which is why I chose this one- ductless, but the filter helps, and i don't normally burn food or have a lot of boiling steam to eliminate, anyway. This serves the purpose well, and at $65., I probably ordered just in time before the gas prices & supply chain issues jacked up the price. As long as you can get it for $100 or less, it's still worth it. It took me a while to get my electricianSon-in-law over here to install it, but I'm just happy it's finally up! It fills the gap above my stove well, and the light (as well as the fan) is really helpful for extra light when cooking. Filters can be cleaned with oven cleaner, or are cheap and easy enough to buy as replacements.Recommended- many previous good reviews convinced me, and the brand has a history producing good products of this type. Just try to arrange installation within your 30-day return window before you order, just in case you find an issue and have to exchange it!

Good looking!
Bought this to replace a very similar range hood that was pretty old and a dingy beige color. For the price, it was a HUGE improvement. Now it looks like something from the current century! The installation was super simple since it was a replacement. Fit perfectly. The hood included lots of parts for a full install, or a more complicated install and I am grateful I didn't need any of them. The fan is fine. Not high powered but as expected for the price. And there's a translucent shield for where the light bulb goes which is nice. Basic but functional.

There is no cover under the hood so the light bulb is exposed. I wish it was clearly stated.
Suction power is ok. Suitable suction. Not powerful. Light is nice n bright. Once again, you get what u pay for. No covering under the hood which is not always attractive with the plastic light bulb cover and inexpensive small mesh covering —all exposed, especially if there is an open kitchen. The photos on website should of posted more detailed images from all angles for those buying these types of hoods for first time. Overall, the appearance on the outside is ok n it fits nicely in tight spaces.
