I love my new phone it’s so quick, it’s battery life is so long and it’s so amazing! Only thing is in settings it says I have a third party battery. I personally don’t mind this but if it bothers you maybe a new phone is for you. Great value!

I bought this phone as it was advertised as excellent condition but after receiving the phone, the story was different.The battery was tempered, some chip was installed to show the battery health 100% that resulted the phone to reboot and after updating the phone I came to realise that the display was third-party and unknown display alert came in the service and history section!

It's got a non-Apple screen and battery. iOS is showing warnings in settings as it's not official parts. Disappointing.

Good phone

We've had this phone for 4 months and it's stopped working. We've had problems with charging and now the screen has frozen. We took this to the Apple Store for advice who told us that it is missing pins in the dock and its been fitted with a third party display and battery. Unfortunately as my daughter has scratched the screen the seller has refused to engage and will not repair the phone. Be aware that you may be paying for a patched up Apple product and any damage to the phone will invalidate the so called warranty! Would not recommend!

Great quality phone and as described. Really well packaged and arrived faster than we were advised. Super service from the supplier and great communications. Would absolutely recommend. Have bought refurbished phones from other companies but this one definitely best quality and speediest service and competitive on price, after shopping around. Thanks 👍
