I got this blanket because I have pretty bad night time anxiety and read that weighted blankets help a lot of people. I've slept with it every night for about a week now and I love it! I got the 20 lb queen sized blanket and put it in a duvet cover (doesn't come with one) because the texture of the blanket itself was a little too rough for me. The weight is really nice and is evenly spread out across your body, and most importantly for me it wasn't too hot. I get hot easily when I sleep and this blanket is thin enough that it doesn't hold too much heat, but thick enough that you can't feel a breeze from a fan or vent. As for helping with my anxiety, I haven't noticed much of a difference yet..but it's really comfortable and I have a new blanket I love, so it's a win regardless!

My first time having weighted blanket was when Blanquil had there sale for healthcare professionals. I grabbed the opportunity to try one because they said it helps you relax and make you sleep better. They are right! My sleep is better but the thing is blanquil is not balanced the weight goes everywhere around the blanket and get harder and harder to use it until one day I brought it to the laundry and went from bad to worse. It rolled up like a hard ball. So I bought this one. This blanket is perfect! I sleep well, it’s comfortable and it’s soft and cool to your skin. Highly recommended. I loved it!

Below is my experience I’d like to share:I recently purchased a weighted blanket, twin size, 15 lbs, beautiful color grey, with the glass beads, which they say to only get. The product was amazing. I highly recommend it. And it was half the price of many others out there. It just was a personal preference that I did not totally enjoy it like it but my husband loved it. To make a long story short, I wrote in to Bedsure Cozy Home as I had already removed the labels, if it could be returned. I was informed that I had passed the timeframe of an eligible return but they offered me a full credit and I would still be able to keep the blanket. WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY! They even sent me screenshots, step-by-step instructions, on how to redeem my Amazon credit. This is a seller that is honest, trustworthy, no-questions asked seller. I had been wanting a weighted blanket for years (I worked with kids with Autism and this is very popular). I read reviews and looked at how to determine what weight to get. I went with the 20lb and wish I had gone smaller. Love the feel, but since I toss and turn in my sleep in the beginning I strained my back from attempting to tug and pull (my dr laughed at me). I also get hot at night and started to sweat with the blanket. After I took it out of the removable velour cover, it cooled me down and I no longer have that issue. I'm used to the weight now and swear by the blanket, but I would suggest starting lighter to try out.

Seriously, I am a sleep expert. I do it every night, and I am 53. So basically, I am a professional, and you may consult me on such matters. I have ideas and ideals, yes both, that I have stored in my brain, and knowing these tricks and comforts are imperative to the sound of sleep. Is there sound if you’re asleep, really asleep? Or in the forest, if a tree falls, and no one to hear it? Maybe, but for me, this weighted blanket made the difference from amateur status to the professional ranks of sleeping for a living. I do not believe there is sanity in going backwards, and it would be taking a step back into sleep insantity, and who wants to be doing Numerology values of insantity when you should be sane, without insanity, and sleeping. I was there doing just that before this awesome blanket. Since Amazon and BedSure let me have one of these incredible life changers, I have practiced and realizing my dream, I decided to go pro. I've only had it a few days but I love it. My previous weighted blanket had a removable cover attached by 4 strings on each corner of the blanket. While that is good for some, it wasn't for me since I tossed and turned alot, making the wight fall down to one end of the blanket and I'd have to constantly fix it. With this weighted blanket, the weight is in each square of material, it is evenly distributed at all times. It feels just like a heavy comforter. The material is a bit on the rough side so some might find that off putting if they're using only the weighted blanket. In my case I put the weighted blanket of my existing comforter.

I love the blanket, it is really good for those with anxiety, or have trouble sleeping. Or if you don’t want all the weight, you can have someone swing the blanket at your face and knock you out, either way, it’s a good night sleep.The fact that the weighted blanket is inside a shell get kind of annoying. Sometimes it’ll fold inside the shell and if you move around a lot in your sleep it can get frustrating to have to keep fixing it. But I’m just a heavy sleeper and I move around a ton. Other than that it’s a 10/10

I want sure about the weighted blanket thiught it would be to heavy i looked i ordered one and didnt like it but my daughter lived it i gave that one to her and i looked for another and came across this one and I LOVE IT!!!! Its so soft material very well made and so comfortable at night and now wouldnt sleep wothout it i recommend this product is a little heavy when making bed the the comfort of it makes it all worth it...would def buy again....the cover on it is amazing soft......
