Shipping is super fast, in fact it came before other stuff I ordered the same day using Amazon over $35 free delivery, so don't be fooled by the estimation.The material feels very good and it looks kind like leather. I feel more comfortable resting my palm on it typing. Besides it is not a fingerprint magnet like many other surfaces, and it's super useful as I have very sweaty hands. As for the touchpad, it does feel a it out of place when you first use it but the adjustment period is super short, and after that it feels just as sleek and as responsive as before.However, it does take some time to make it fit perfectly on the surface. I like the part where they separate it into 4 different components to make it easier to stick, but if you like me who does not like the gaps and the uneven edges for different part, you'll find yourself spending 2 hours just to adjust the tiniest angle, like what I did. They provide you an extra set just in case you mess up, which is super helpful because I immediately messed up the first set.There're some small issues with it: I feel the protector should be slightly smaller than the surface so that the edge does not go over, unfortunately it is the case for me for my first try. And because the material is stretchy, you want to be super careful with it, especially with the top part because you might want to tighten it up to make it fit well and before you know it, the sticker becomes longer than it used to be. My suggestion would be just apply the edges and the middle part first like in the video, and try to get rid off the bubble in between later like what you do with your screen protector.Overall I'm happy with the product. I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who's willing to spend some time and money to protect their macbook.

I love this palm guard. I had previously bought a Kuzy brand one but I wasn't completely satisfied with it because it only covered half of my computer keybord area. When I found this one I immediately jumped on it because it liked the black look and it covered the whole keyboard area along with the palm rest area.The material is very pleasent to the touch, I like it better than the Kuzy. Also, it is quite thinner than most palm rests that I have tried, as a matter of fact, the last Kuzy was so thick (and yes, I bought the product they sold specifically for my model. I fitted very well, it was just too thick) that my MBP 13" Retina didn't close completely, with this new product it closes all the way. The track pad is way more responsive, I supposed that is because the material is much softer and thinner, it almost feel like silicon, but not quite that soft (sort of like a extremely soft leather. It is very hard to explain).It is very easy to apply, also, when you receive that package it comes with typed instructions. In the istructions the seller includes a link to a video that shows someone applying the cover. It is very easy and if for some reason one manages to damage the guard during application, the seller includes a free replacement.I am very happy with it and I recomend it.

I hate to be the one to write a bad review. I purchased this item because of all of the raves. The seller sends a link to a site that is in Chinese. No video found, no help.I spent a lot of time on this (about an hour) and while it looks good enough, its ever so slightly too big. While a fraction of a mm of overhang might not seem like much, its means that it will start to peel when dust gets those edges. Its going to catch and fray. I have doubts that this will last more than a couple of weeks.Good luck using this with a shell. It bunches those edges up to boot.Also, the shipping was very slow- quite the contrary to what someone else said. It came from China and took weeks.I would not buy this again. It was a waste of time and looks mediocre at best- while it lasts. I would have rather this had been a hair too small rather than a hair too big.

I bought this for my macbook pro because I saw reviews that led me to believe it would fit on my macbook pro. All of the stickers are entirely too small, and I just didn't understand the instructions I was given, nor did the video link work for me. If it would fit my computer, I would really like this product, but it just doesn't fit.

These are basically textured stickers that protect the surface of your Mac. It comes with two sets in case you mess up. It took me a while to get them aligned perfectly and it required some stretching in some places but it looks great now. I'm giving it 4 stars because it wasn't specified that the brushed steel was textured. I would describe it as almost rough, like little horizontal lines that really do almost mimic a thin steel texture. It doesn't irritate my palms at all but the trackpad sticker is irritating with that texture. I'm not sure if the other colors have the same texture. Some may like the "steel" texture but it just wasn't what I expected.

I like it.The overall quality seems quite fine- although it's a bit thinner than some of the other palm rests out there-. The shipping was incredibly fast, too, and they charge pretty little for overseas shipping as well. To top it off, they even provide a backup protector in case you fail(or have 2 macbooks of the same size). The vendor's communication was excellent, too... they shipped the same day I ordered and immediately let me know when they did.It's a little hard to apply and definitely not easy to apply as flawlessly as shown in the picture... and they might want to add a better manual... maybe a printed manual with pictures... but apart from that, this is a good protector, particularly for its price.
