PS102 is a chemically reactive deep penetrating siliconate sealer that is intended for unsealed and uncolored rough concrete and masonry. It creates a cross-linked insoluble methyl-silicone internal membrane that fuses within porous substrates of broom finished concrete and concrete block to combat freeze/thaw damage, reduce scaling and spalling, impart water repellence, and restrict moisture absorption. It also limits harmful effects of deicing chemicals and salts, acid rain deterioration, alkali attack, corrosion of reinforcing steel, and UV damage. PS102 decreases efflorescence and dusting, limits dirt build up and deep staining, retards mold and mildew, and makes easier to clean and maintain. PS102 is breathable with minimal impact to traction coefficient. PS102 also contains film forming polymers for enhanced curing of broom finished concrete by allowing the slow release of moisture during the curing process while maintaining excellent breathability. The film forming polymers also provide superior freeze/ thaw protection in harsh climates. It is also UV resistant and nonyellowing. PS102 has a light milky appearance. Upon proper application, the substrate will have little, or no, noticeable change in appearance when dry. PS102 is recommended for curing new broom finished concrete and for sealing existing unsealed and uncolored broom finished concrete and porous concrete block. It is ideal for sealing commercial and residential structures such as parking lots and structures, driveways, sidewalks, walkways, porches, steps, pool decking, patios, foundations, block walls, concrete pavers, and retaining walls. It is suitable for horizontal or vertical and interior or exterior applications. Not intended for below grade waterproofing. This product is not oleophobic and is not intended as an oil repellent or for maximum protection against staining. It is also not a topical sealer/ coating so it does not 100% block water from absorbing into a surface nor is it intended to provide the water beading action of a topical sealer/ coating. Applies Easily, So Far So Good
New 4000 psi cement driveway with rough finish, waited 28 days to cure & cleaned the concrete with bucket of Dawn/warm water and scrub brush. Next, applied 1x coat with a garden sprayer and 1/2" nap roller. Just mix the sealer well and spray away. If sealer puddled up, used roller to spead out and disperse evenly. On a small test area I applied 2nd coat. After a rain, the test area with 2nd coat showed beading of the water whereas the rest of the driveway with 1x coat had no water beading visible. Applied a 2nd coat and now have full beading over entire driveway. For *brand new* concrete applications (like mine), instructions indicated 2nd coat enhances beading and water repellency so completed 2nd coat. Practically speaking, single coat did seal well but since I had leftover applied 2nd coat.

PS102 Concrete Sealer - Great Company!
I liked being able to contact one of their representatives right away. No voice mail and leave a message! They were very informative on the product and gave many tips when applying it down. We talked for 1/2 hour! The product did everything I expected to do. They had delivered it before the delivery date. Great job Concrete Sealers USA!Great Product!

Product works well, packaging / container is terrible!
So far the sealer seems to be working well - water beads right up on my driveway now. However it was a real struggle to get the cap off the container. The twist off cap is in a real awkward recessed position making it difficult to get a good grip on it. I ended up having to use a mini crowbar to pry the lid off. I used a sprayer to apply the sealer (which worked great by the way) and a funnel to pour the sealer into the sprayer. Due to both the awkward shape of the container and recessed opening I spilled a fair amount of the sealer while trying to pour it - it wouldn't be a huge deal except for the fact this is some pretty pricey stuff! I think it's a great product they just need to rethink the packaging / container a bit.

Works great, and Also Great Customer Service.
Got call/email from a rep immediately after I ordered the product. Couldn't call back fast enough before the product shipped. Rep was concerned about PS102 not working due to it containing polymer and product not penetrating enough for my project, but it worked as advertised. It helped that the Rep I spoke to gave me a detailed instruction over the phone so that I can get maximum benefit out of the product. I followed the instruction, and the product soaked into the concrete steps, and concrete path with out any issues. I deliberately did not apply the product to the portion of our path, and left it. it rained 2 days later, and well, see the photo for the difference.

mostly satisfied
We applied a very generous, just shy of puddling coat with an 18" heavy nap roller. This soaked right into the concrete. After a week, I can say this product is working just as expected - it did not change the color or appearance of our broom finish "white" concrete driveway and water and the infrequent oil drip from the mail carrier beaded up long enough for me to remove it with "Shout" laundry stain remover and a brush - although as I understand this product is not intended to repel oil. The sealant appears to have kept our driveway cleaner and "brighter" than neighboring driveways. It was more than I wanted to spend on driveway sealant, but I am hoping the performance will last long enough to make it worthwhile. Only time will tell if water continues to bead-up in the future...... Exactly 2-years later on our residential driveway, with typical 2-car traffic, I can report the sealant is still working... but it no longer beads up as well as it did originally since a good bit of the coarse broom texture which held the initial coat of sealant has worn away, so over the next few weeks, I am going to apply a maintenance coat at 1/3 the original coverage rate to refresh the finish and will report back results.

Marvelous
Great customer service. Offered to have a phone call with me to ensure I purchased the correct product. I applied the stuff on the surfaces twice as per instructions (low pressure spray). Amazing how the surface retained the paint coating (Drylock, actually) after application without old sandy cement falling to the floor. Sealed great. Hope it lasts. Definitely will buy more when needed.

As easy as it comes
Customer Service was excellent. They called to make sure I ordered the right product and went over how to use it. I applied it today to about 900 sq. ft. I used a sprayer and used a roller on an extension to go over any spots I might have put on too heavy. This was one of the easiest things I have ever done. To me it felt pretty fool proof to apply. Just have a game plan in your head so you don't box yourself in or make things difficult. I used some cardboard for masking on the house to avoid spray on any none cement or brick areas. Was done in under an hour and have about 3/4 of a gallon or so left. Obviously I can't speak to the performance yet, but so far so good.

Great sealant
This product is very very good. Key is to use a sprayer and to apply lightly. Do two or three light coats. Used a broom to brush in any excess liquid. The next couple of days it rained and it looked like our driveway had been waxed. Water was sitting on top of the driveway and looked like water beads everywhere.
