Shoulder Deep Massager Home Baiter Chicken Wire Table Lamp with Shade Y

These lamps are gorgeous !! I just love them and they are perfect on my nightstands... That being said, delivery is not as stellar.. I received 1 lamp base in a huge box...very well packaged ! but just one base and no shade or harp/finial. So now starts the emails .. the apology and the correction.. 2nd box, received again 1 base and 1 shade...still missing a shade and now 2 harps/finials... again with the email.. 3rd box received 2 harps only... still missing a shade and 2 finials !! UGH !! Emailed and finally with the 4th delivery I have all items to make 2 lamps. All in all I did get good response time and good delivery time.. Just wished it could have been resolved with the first email.
