I started taking this for flexibility and muscle recovery, in a span of 4 weeks its hard to comment on the flexibility side but my muscles are taking more abuse and healing faster, so I would say due to this flex would increase? Another area it shines for me is its yang jing boost, I take other supplements that can leave me feeling a bit too calm, with the introduction of this it balances the energy back up to a nice spot, taken purely on its own it would offer a slight boost in focus and clean energy.
