This is an excellent company. They protected it from heat when they shipped (ships directly from them). Great instructions for use. I store it in the fridge and have a scoop per evening in water. Tastes fine to me! Helps degrade histamines as well! It is Very expensive however

I recommend buying capsules to fill because it is in a powder form and does not taste pleasant, but the effects are remarkable.

I was taking this using the included tad measuring spoon for a couple of weeks and then i was getting diarrhea so i stopped. after that, every time i attempted to take it at any amount, even the smidgen amount, it would cause diarrhea.
