Q: Is the leg adjustable

Yes. It came alreadt at the right leg height for my mattress/bed setup, but it has spring-loaded locking buttons for other situations. I love this thing. My physical therapist recommended it, with much appreciation to her.

Q: Cakn you pull on is in order to sit ip in bed?

Yes you can. It’s an easy way to sit up in the morning

Q: Will this product fit when floor to box springs is 21 inches and box springs to top of mattress is also 21 inches.?

Yes, this should work since the height is adjustable. You place the crossbar between the mattress and box springs, so shouldn’t be a problem.

Q: It says the bed assit hand/rail works if the measurement from floor to bottom of mattress is 17.5". ours measures 17"? will that work?

Should work fine. On lowest setting, the bottom of the bar that rests on the boxspring measures 16". My parents' boxspring is only 14.5", so the bar does not quite rest on it, but it's still solid & works well.
