I got the pack with five flavors; raspberry, goji berry, blueberry, and pomegranate. All of them taste so delicious. I personally feel like you don't need any honey or extra sweetener because it just tastes like a nice hot cup of sweet fruit flavored tea. I feel it's very good quality tea. It's very easy to get the tea bag out without ripping it. They provide a little slit in the package and it peels all the way across so it's very easy to just open the package and take the tea bag right out. It says for you to let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, but I leave my tea bag in the whole time I'm drinking the tea. It is not overpowering and taste fantastic. I haven't tried it cold yet but I would imagine a nice tall glass of this tea with ice would be just as delicious as it is when it's hot. I just really enjoy the taste and feel it's very refreshing. I saw that some people mentioned bathroom problems and stomach when drinking this tea, however I have not experienced that at all. In fact I find that it helps with bloating.

YALL! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! IT WORKSBe careful with this product yall. Please only do it once a week for safety. When done too often, your body can begin to depend on it. Dont let that happen. Do your research on senna. I put 2 water bottles in a pot on the stove, let it get hot and poured it in a mason jar then added my tea bag (raspberry flavor). I also added A FEW DROPS OF ACV. Let it cool down but was still warm and drank it all within 20 minutes. Taste was fine I actually kind of enjoyed the taste. I was okay but I'm telling you... give it a few hours. Man smh it's crazy. Within an hour I noticed I was peeing a lot. Then a few hours go by and diarrhea has been pouring out of me ever since. Please have tissue and wipes ready. I'm going through it right now as I type this review. No cramping but I can feel the peristalsis in my bowels. Like my stomach is churning but it doesn't hurt. I really like this product. I feel like I might have a big poop episode again but nothing I can't handle. I feel actually really good and will be doing this again in a week. This is a real review I'm a regular person. I just started this a couple weeks ago, and I love it! I haven’t been taking it regularly lately, so I have not seen much progress, but it really does the job and CLEANS you out! Going to the bathroom sucks with it, and the cramping is a little difficult since I am not used to it but I always feel so much better after. I feel less bloated and happier all around. I would recommend this to anyone needing something to help debloat and possibly lose some weight if taken regularly!I got the Açaí Berry flavor, and I mix it with sugar free raspberry syrup and it tastes so good! I try to drink it at night, so I can get all my business done in the morning. I think it is a really good price for as much as you get! I highly recommend!
