The product is as advertised
It’s my first time using this product, and I could say the result was almost instant. I suffer a lot from constipation and bloating, and since I started using psyllium a week ago, my bowel movement has improved; however, I still experience bloating; maybe it takes time till I see the whole improvementAlso, the taste is not as bad as some people stated here.
