I suffer really badly from painful ears due to pressure when flying. I find the pain is worst during the aircraft’s descent. My audiologist said it’s due to having narrow ear canals. Previously I’ve used a decongestant tablet & nasal spray while still continually popping my ears throughout a flight by holding my nose and blowing. With these I inserted them before the aircraft’s ascent and I could literally feel my ears pop on thier own during the flight! Which never happens! During the descent I did feel a slight pressure building and I did feel the need to pop my ears myself but the pressure released much easier than ever before and I had absolutely no pain! I won’t fly without them in the future!

After a previous bad experience flying where my ears popped multiple times throughout the flight causing a lot of pain, I decided to give these a go. I wasn’t expecting miracles to be honest but I am so impressed with how well they worked. My ears didn’t pop once throughout the whole flight there & back. I simply popped them in before take off and took them out once I landed. I bought the size for smaller ears and they fit snug &were perfectly comfortable throughout the flight. Do not hesitate to buy.

This is a good little item, especially for children of all ages up to adults

Bought for my 8yr old son who suffers badly with air pressure on flights. They worked well for him, he still had a slight bit of discomfort just before landing but usually cries his eyes out with pain so these definitely made a huge difference. Very easy to insert and use, fit well for small ears, noise was also reduced for him (which he liked). Will definitely buy more for future flights. Note- didn’t realise until I got them but they are only designed to use for 2 flights max due to dust/dirt build up. You could probably antibac wipe and use a couple more times but not recommended by manufacturers.

For small ears

These are an excellent product, they enable me to fly in comfort rather than agony. Having previously suffered from a searing pain in my head and down through my tooth and in my ears on take off and landing - I simply twist these into my ear like a plug and thanks to the tiny hole air pressure can escape and leave me pain free. I have very small ears so use the children’s size. I place them in on take off - wait until we are at altitude, then remove so I can listen to music or watch something. Then about 30-40 mins before landing I simply place them back in my ears until we have landed. They are incredible and so simple. I would highly recommend to anyone who has suffered like me to use these and give them a try. Ensure a snug fit so they don’t fall out. I now enjoy my flight rather than dread it.

I bought these for my daughter who was 6 at the time, for her first time travelling on an aeroplane. She suffers with her ears and are always popping so I was very anxious getting on the plane knowing I would have to try comfort her in the air but not being able to do anything. I bought these in the hopes to minimise some of the discomfort she might have gotten. She put them in herself which she found quite easy and wore them for take off and coming back down and only taking them out when she felt she was comfortable. She experienced no popping or discomfort at all! Would definitely recommend .
