AlstertorDusseldorf Style Mustard in Beer Mug 8.45 Oz

I love this brand, it’s flavorful without being too spicy and the container is cute.

I don’t know what’s different about this mustard from the one I’ve bought from a store locally but the same brand. I just ended up throwing it away. Maybe it was just this particular jar. The only reason I ordered it is because the store was out and the German site was also out.

This mustard is very luscious in consistency. It's not your average mustard. It has just the right amount of kick to it without overpowering the food you put it on. I love the little mug it comes in!

When I received the mustard, it is sealed with a soft top, and oils from the mustard were on the top but there is nothing wrong with that. I simply refrigerated it and tasted it later. It's totally worth it! The flavor is not overpowering but has just the right amount of bite. It's a very versatile mustard, I think it would be good with hotdogs and sausages, but I like it especially with pretzels, hard or soft. I will buy this particular mustard again and again.

One jar was delivered open. Disappointing.

We love this mustard, as far as consistency and flavor. It came very quickly, but the handle of the mug was broken in transport, and the lid was loose and the package smelled like mustard. This is the third or fourth time I have ordered this mustard and the first time it arrived in this condition. Nonetheless it's a very good mustard especially for German dishes, just needs to be packaged in something other than bubble wrap and an envelope.

Good flavor and fun little mug. I’ve had it before and would buy it again, I’ve had my first mug for years; very sturdy.

This is delicious mustard. We received our first one as part of a gift basket. We have been buying it ever since. The best way I can describe the taste is mild and deep. The flavor is very rich (deep), without being overpowering (mild). Our favorite use is Brats or Pretzels - where it is just the mustard and the thing being eaten. We don't bother using this on things with lots of condiments - in that case the flavor gets lost, but when it is pure, again like a Brat or Pretzel, that is when it shined. It is expensive, but worth it.

Nothing to dislike except getting only one jar for $46++ dollars .Receiving one item , I thought it would contain at least 4 jars of the mustard — nope - only 1 jar — a credit of a smaller amount of money has been credited to my a card account .I mention this because if the item being sold is only 1 then the ad should be more specific — I expected more than I item In package and was disappointed to have to pay so much for 1 jar rather than 1 item containing more than the 1 jar . Have just discovered same product in local store for $ 5.29 .
