Defective...refund required
This is defective....it melted the rod support and it did not rotate. I need a refund. Waste of time waiting for this to come.

waste of money
It is garbage,worked for 5 minutes then all stopped working , rollers worked for seconds then stopped then nothing moves that caused the hot dog to burn from one side and stick to the bars , after 5 minutes of heeting without any rolling , i had to flip the hot dog continuously by hand , after that no heat no rolling , nothing ..it is garbage dont wast your time.

Defective
Machine rollers are held in place by plastic holders. 2 of them melted after 5 minutes after turning on for first place. I tried contacting supplier twice. No response. Not sure if all machines are defective but having plastic holders subjected to heat all the time cant be smart. Avoid and try another product
