This pillow is magic!
I adjusted easily to sleeping with it. It is so nice because, while I fall asleep on my side, I end up laying on my back in the middle of the night. Now, when I shift back to my side, the pillow goes with my legs. It is decreasing the pain in my hip and leg that I used to have before getting this pillow.

It works!
Very comfortable, and easy to put on and it stays in place. It has really worked well and has relieved the pain from my hip and thigh area. It took just a couple nights to get used to it.

Overall good product with a couple of minor irritations
The fabric is very soft and the foam is firm. In those respects it is everything i was looking for. There are 2 issues I have with it otherwise I would've given 5 stars. The first is that it's very difficult to removing the tags completely without cutting into the fabric. As a result, the remnant of the tag is very scratchy. If the tags could be made of a softy or silky material that would be a big improvement. The second is that while I appreciate the ability to adjust the length of the strap, the Velcro is also very scratchy. I wish the strap was covered elastic vs. Velcro.

It really works!
If you have sciatica and are a side-sleeper, you need a pillow like this. In 6 weeks my sciatica was gone.

I had great hope that this would help my hip pain, but it didn't help. It is very well made, and I believe the issue is my hip not the pillow.

Very good product. Soft covering and mostly stays in place.Only recommendation would be to have a longer and wider strap th secure product.

Fire Hazard Warning, product thick and strap to short for heftier legged people.
The product is not for those of us who have thicker legs. So it was about 8" too short for it to be strapped down. It will not stay in place otherwise. This item in itself is thick and the strap to hold it on was much too short. The quality appeared to be ok. A warning on their initial site needs to have the same warning as in package about fire hazard. I use an electric blanket to help with arthritic pain. One should not use one due to fire hazard risks.
