I had hoped for much better and more fun.
Not as happy with this as I'd hoped to be. For one, I find this incredibly hard to fly (control). With no physical controller the touch based UI on the phone doesn't make it any easier either. I almost wonder if the demo videos of this flying are being piloted by a computer that is monitoring it's sensor data or something. While the camera is a notch up the scale from the ever present 0.3,megapixel, I executed 2.0 megapixel to look better. It's also incredibly difficult to keep still enough in one direction to get anything useful. Last but not least, I could not figure out how to rotate left or right. Sure it can strafe left or right, but as far as flying straight out in front if you, and doing a 180 in order to fly straight back, I couldn't figure out how to get any yaw in the slightest. It might be pilot error but I'd that's the case, this little zinger belongs only in the hands of an expert nano quad pilot. Last but not least: I can't find replacement props. I've looked all over and the best I've found look and fit like a perfect match, but for some reason won't let the thing get more than 2-3" off the ground. Im giving it 3 stars because it looks so cool, the packaging included, and was very easy to set up and get going.

... a neat little drone and the video is surprisingly good. However
it's a neat little drone and the video is surprisingly good. However, controlling this with the WiFi of an iphone doesn't work all that good, and the virtual joystick setup is impossible. There is no feedback. flight time is not long. maybe 4 minutes.

This is a technology that given a couple of years will be amazing (maybe), but for now
Extremely hard to control, both when flying by eye (due to the muted responsiveness of the phone app, and the lack of haptic feedback of a phone's touchscreen compared to a regular RC controller), and when trying to fly through the FPV camera (due to jankiness of the video feed -- the framerate isn't even consistent, and the latency is high). This quad is heavy, so you only get a few minutes of flying time (probably 60% of the time compared to other lighter quads in the same size category). I'm giving this three stars rather than 1 star simply because I can't believe they fit battery, camera, command receiver and video transmitter all within the body of this tiny case. This is a technology that given a couple of years will be amazing (maybe), but for now, it's more of a cool gimmick that doesn't quite work right. I heard you can pair this with other drone transmitters if you use a 3rd-party app on Google Play, but I couldn't get it to work. (I probably have the wrong transmitter.) If I could only do that one thing, I'd probably bump this to 4 stars, since then at least I could fly it.

There were no directions in the box. I emailed company for directions and even after receiving them back my daughter and grandson were unable to get the drone working. This purchase was a complete BUST!

I'd recommend buying a physical controller for better control
This quadcopter is a blast. I'd recommend buying a physical controller for better control. The only problem is crashing which can bend the motor axels forcing you to buy replacements. But once you get used to flying this thing crashing shouldn't be a problem.
