I purchased this eye patch for a friend who had major emergency eye surgeries: She had both a Retinal Tear Repair, where they put oil and bubbles on her eye and at the same time, they removed a severe deep cataract in order to be able to treat her retinal tear. As a result, she had stitches on her actual eye. She could feel them every time her eye moved against her eyelid. She needed a patch, but could not handle anything that would place any pressure at all on her eye lid, eyeball or socket. Plus, with the pandemic, we are all wearing masks. There was no way to comfortably wear yet another device with elastic around her head. I saw these and thought she could give them a try. She loves them. I mean really loves them. Before this, the light was causing her eye to tear up all day, making her squint, which was causing constant headaches. With this patch that goes over her glasses lens, sunlight and lamplight is blocked. She can keep her eye open without any distress. What a great invention.

They were soft and easy to apply but were too small for my glasses. I exchanged them for another pair, which are supposed to fit large eyeglasses. I haven’t received them yet.

I have ordered eye patches for my glasses before and liked them. However, when I got my new glasses, the lenses are larger so my other patches didn’t fit. These are perfect!

I sustained an eye injury a week ago and was told I have to keep my eye covered for the next 6 months and that at any time for the rest of my life the injury could get irritated. I'm sensitive to a bunch of adhesives, so a regular eye patch was out of the question.So I came to Amazon and started searching. I found these patches and really liked the variety of colors and patterns. The hard pill to swallow is almost $17 for only 2 patches.I bit the bullet and order 2 sets. Totally worth it! Super soft, fit my frames well, and the peripheral side cover is so nice!!!I am definitely going to more. I do wish there were more colors and patters to choose from.

They are a better option than tape on patches, it helped my daughter before surgery. Kept her eye from having light bothering her and also from forcing her eye to see.

They make and sell this product for no apparent reason. I have three very different pairs of glasses and this patch didn't begin to fit any of them. I was particularly frustrated since I recently had eye surgery and was in need of an effective patch. Don't waste your money.

I developed a condition known as 6th Nerve Palsy in my right eye. This condition causes double vision. Until it corrects itself or is corrected medically I am using this eyepatch made for eyeglasses so that I can see and still carry on as normally as possible. The order came with two patches so when one has to be washed you still have one to use.
