Lasts around 75k miles
Changing just this bushing took most of the slop out of my worn shifter. It had side to side and up and down play. I changed it all from above with a few small slot screwdrivers a a small and large needle nose pliers foe the metal clip. It went well and took about an hour.

Use lube when installing and remember fingers up!
