Overheating
Well i brought one and the first time i take it out it overheats cant get in touch with no one or they don't care smh maybe it was the hill its not even steep

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE - 2 scooters worked great for 6 months and then garbage
I initially purchased the Swagtron T5 for my 9 year old and it lasted about 6 months. I've purchased the Swagtron 7T and have had the exact same problem in the exact same time period. Swagtron customer service is extremely BAD and the warranty is GARBAGE.

Convenient
It is so easy to assemble, just put parts together. Shipment come fast as well. The step in board is just fine to stand. The electric control speed is a plus when drive it. By the way, easy to carry in hand and even foldable on the car.
