Ran out of ink unexpectedly, needed for critical job. This ink arrived quickly at a good price, and we have one remaining for future use. An honest deal, authentic Canon Ink and Cartridge for our Pixma Printer. Would not use the cheap replacements, in this case, you get what you pay for - and this has proven to be a good value.

I ran out of this cartridge and viewed my past orders to see when I purchased this ink last. It was May 2017. 2 hrs ago. I do a lot of printing and am very surprised they lasted this long. That is approx 1 cartridge of this particular color/size per year. I have tried off brands. No go for me. Ink everywhere when opening the generic tank and you think these run out fast the generic was fine much faster. Worth the money to avoid the mess and fear of ruining the printer. I will stick to name brand.

Not sure how to rate this product. It does a nice job and looks good when you print out photos. However, like most inks it is shockingly and needlessly expensive. Canon is by no means alone or even the worst offender, but there just isn't any excuse for 35 cents worth of ink an plastic to cost $25. The obvious alternative is to have your photos printed at one of the many affordable and high quality internet photo print companies, but if you need to print photos from home this will do the job.

Sure am glad that I have Amazon Prime. I received these ink cartridges in 2 days. My Canon MX922 bulk black ink ran out. You need to refill inkjet cartridges ASAP to prevent the printing head from drying out. I learned that the hard way. My last Canon MX922 had the ink cartridge run out and I took my time getting a new cartridge. The print head dried out and never worked correctly again. I tried cleaning it but that did not work. A new print head cost almost as much as a new printer. I bought the new printer. Now I never let the ink dry out. Ink cartridges are much cheaper than a new printer is. The Canon MX922 printer does a great job of printing directly on DVDs. I bought a complete set of ink cartridges and an extra bulk black cartridge to replace the one that ran out. I will buy another complete set when I start using this complete set so that I will always have new cartridges on hand. These inkjet cartridges and my MX922 print almost as good as my Canon color laser printer does.

I used to work in the inkjet printer market (before the company exited that segment), so I know products quite well. Canon has proven to be a very dependable printer and the ink is of high quality. It's a bit expensive - but then that's how inkjet companies make profit, since they typically lose money on the printer itself. The twin pack purchased through Amazon is typically less expensive than through the Canon site and definitely better than the office supply stores. This ink provides very dependable print quality - even using ink-saver options.

This product is as advertised. This is a convenient way to meet your printer ink needs.

Reliable quality & installation fit, but, rather expensive.My search continues for a less pricey option. So far, the alternative brands leak/are messy to install or don't reliably fit into my Canon printer despite their claims. Ultimately, their unpredictable performance makes them as expensive as Canon's.
