Now that the 6.5 Creedmore is so popular and widely used, why is the price so high for a regular full length die set?

Supply and demand, especially through Amazon. I have definitely seen through Amazon where other items have varied in price, seemingly due to their stock. As of the date of this post, February 12, 2019, the price has come back down to a reasonable level. Amazon must have gotten a shipment of these die sets in. I'm betting there's a huge demand for this die set these days. I wouldn't be surprised to see more variation in the future

what is the difference between these dies and the rcbs 32907 sb T/C dies set

The S/B die sizes the base slightly smaller for more reliable operation in auto-loading firearms.

Are these dies Carbide (or titanium), or is case-lube absolutely needed?

Any taper necked case you're going to want to lube regardless of the material the dies are made of. Straight walled cases do well with the carbide. Anything with a taper is prone to seizing up and will need lubrication.

What all comes in the kit?

The kit contains the full length sizing die and the bullet seating die. It also contains a RCBS booklet and a small pad for jotting down your reloads. You will have to buy the shell holder that fits your brass casing size, i.e 308, 7-mag, 223 size etc. My RCBS dies are the best ones on the market and they have never failed me. Just keep the cases lubed.
