Nice hefty but not heavy weight - exudes durability and quality. Nicely weighted and well balanced. Well packaged with all the sharp edges protected. Be careful not to put in your hand-carry if shipping/traveling overseas - check it in. Perfect size and quality product.

ステーキ肉やローストビーフ、焼豚等に刺して持ち上げる目的で購入。YouTubeでフレンチの三國シェフがステーキフォークを使用しており恰好だけでも真似をしたかったので。鉄板焼き屋さんで肉を切るときに使用してるフォークは曲がっているタイプですが、この商品はストレートですので肉に刺して持ち上げたり、フォークの部分で挟んで肉を持ち上げて裏側の焼け具合を確認したりする場合に重宝します。大きな塊の肉だと菜箸で持ち上げるのは困難ですし、トングでも持ち上げるのに苦労することがあります。フォークの先端部分はそれなりにとがっているので肉にスッと突き刺さり簡単に肉を持ち上げることができます。ハンドルの部分も持ちやすく、とても使いやすいです。つくり自体はしっかりしていますので大満足ですが、全体的な仕上げは高級感がでるような感じではありません。金属部分の磨き上げ具合やハンドルの木の部分が雑といるほどではありませんが高級感はありません。機能的に必要十分で、千円少々で手に入ったことを考えると満足できる商品といえます。
