Q: Hello Can a spacer and inhaler fit in the bag together? Without the ice pack

For my sons spacer and inhaler we use a simple round pencil bag its perfect size & we add a clip so it can hang off if belt loops or bags.

Q: How cold does it get?

The bag keeps you insulin colder than it needs to be with a gel pack inside. I've had mine out in 100 degree days still in the saddlebags of my motorcycle and can open it and still be cold.

Q: Do the frozen packs go inside the center & right trifold pockets or in the outer front and back mesh pockets?

Ice packs go in pockets inside and they don't last long, so I put the pack inside a small cooler, like you use for drinks or food

Q: I need to bring 12 insulin pens on my trip, how many insulin pens can be stored in this bag?

Depending on the size of the pen, I’d say 4-6. My pens are a little bigger, so it only holds 4 and the zipper is almost bursting. If you have thinner pens you might be able to fit 6. It would probably fit more pens if you didn’t need the cooler pouch with the cold packs, but of course the pens need to stay cold, so you do. If you need to bring 12 pens with you, I’d look elsewhere. This case is significantly smaller than the description claims it is.
