Easy install

Installed as an outside plug for a generator. Works well, solid whether-proof design.

Will withstand sideways rain with no problem due to the recessed twist lock connection on the bottom of the box. I purchased 2 and I'm happy with the purchase. I will have to paint one of them to protect it from the sun.

Good design prevents water from reaching the outlet. Quality product. Good price.

Worked out very well for my backup generator setup, the design is naturally water-shedding, it will never rust out. I prefer the way the plug faces downward.

I especially wanted an inlet box which connected from underneath to reduce cable stress and protect from elements. The spring-loaded door protects the terminals when not in use. We'll have to see how the plastic holds up in the elements.

Great price and product. I really like that the inlet is at the bottom so when in use rain will not be a factor.
