Will craftrsman filter 9-38737 fit craftsman 2 gallon vac 9-17713?

I purchased these filter bags for a Craftsman model # 113.177135 2 Gallon wet/dry Vac. And they worked perfectly. Great replacement filter bags.

What are the dimensions of each individual bag? Diameter when open and length please?

The diameter is 6.5 in. (it fits over a 1 gallon paint can. The length is 6.75 in. when installed. Fits my 2 gallon craftsman perfect.

Does anyone know the size of the rubber band so I can buy some extras
