Cuts like a Laser !
I bought this blade 4 years ago and it is just now getting dull! I am a professional carpenter and use my sliding saw very often. I will install another blade tomorrow and will buy another blade in four more years.

Professional work
haven't used yet,but Makita and Hitachi blades are legendary. For me they cut cleaner and stay sharper then the rest.

Makita Saw Blade
Hard to find blade at a reasonable price and prompt shipping.

Razor sharp
Seems like a really good blade for the money. Be careful how you install it though. It goes on backwards (stencilled letters facing inwards and hidden) on my DeWalt circular hand saw. Just make sure the arrows on the blade and on the saw are all pointing in the same direction and you'll be fine.

What's with the sharp price increase?
This used to cost around $50. Thats what made it attractive. The freud and freud diablo are better blades and now cost about the same. Makita isn't bad but when compared to diablo blades it doesnt stand up. You lost yourself a customer with this price.
