Thule fairing is Stronger than Yakima
Had a Yakima fairing and it was flimsy and rattled in high wind. Saw this one and noticed it looked alot more reinforced. Bought a “Used-Like New” fairing and it came pretty much brand-new as described. The showed signs of only being opened once and no parts missing. It was $30 less than the new price so I took my chances. Glad I did, looks great on my Yakima crossbars. To make them work with Yakima, I used the provided brackets and added heavy duty zip-ties around it, similar to another person’s review where they used steel hose clamps. I did not see the need for it to be metal so zip-ties are holding strong and the fit is tight. The fairing is not moving. Great buy and much more sturdy than the Yakima fairing.

Awesome Fairing
Installed it onto my 2019 Rav4. With the clamps, it worked well with my older Thule bike rack. Cuts down on about 80% of the wind noise and definitely makes a huge difference. Also looks cool with the stickers I put on it.

The only complaint I have about the actual product is that it does scratch super easily but other than that it looks great
It's smaller than what I expected but it really does help. I have a 06 Ford Focus 3 door hatchback with the factory Kona roof rack. This fit the square bars perfectly and made it practically silent. However the box did come really messed up. It was mangled and had a 90 degree bend in it. Thankfully the fairing was not damaged. The only complaint I have about the actual product is that it does scratch super easily but other than that it looks great!

Great product, but couldn't use...
Great product, unfortunately it did not fit my OEM crossbars so I had to return it. :-(

Great product
Completely eliminated noise from my square bar Thule roof rack. Easy to put together, fits great, and the manufacturer has great customer service.

Still loud
I've been debating on buying an air screen for a long time. I was taking my SUV on a 2 hour trip up north and on the highway the roof racks whistled so bad it could get annoying. So I finally hunkered down and bought this. It was fairly easy to assemble, it was kind of annoying. But not nearly as hard as the actual roof racks. It does cut down on the sound but I still hear the whistles from the rack, it is by no means silent. I can still tilt open my sun roof but I don't think I could open it as it rests right on top of the glass itself. It looks cool. But if you're looking for a completely silent ride, you won't get it with this product.

I see you staring at my fairing
Looks great on my my Honda Odyssey(with Thule square racks). I was leaning toward the older style fairing, but noticed they cost a lot more money than the updated one for some reason. The pictures on here don't look even close to as good as it will on your own vehicle- very happy I got the updated version.Worth noting...I highly recommend buying it used-like new, from Amazon if possible- the only damage to mine was the box and that was recycled as soon as the fairing was emptied from it. I've realized that if it's selling through Prime and it says it's used but like new- it's usually new.

Most certainly will only fit Thule bars; works incredibly well
I rigged this to my Jeep GC Mopar crossbars. Works great---essentially eliminated the sound. I have four crossbars and they were howling; now just minimal wind noise. However, it is rigged for sure! The standard clips that come with it weren't even close to working. The fairing itself is quite rugged and looks much better than the Yakima and Rhino. No idea on mileage impact, but that's not a consideration for me.
