not sure if it worked
In a couple of very intense and stressful days, I took them twice, not sure if it worked as I didn't actually felt relieved. On the other hand, maybe I took it while I was too much stressed and maybe in these case you need to take them on schedule and not on spot.I started to use the remedy pills of Bach though and in 4 days I can feel better that they work
