It doesn't feel as smooth or durable as my previous dynaflex grip ball, but it gets the job done. Definitely a different feel with the handle.

Works Great!
I have the original Dynaflex gyro. I seen this product and had to check it out. I love this thing. If anyone gave this a bad review, I would assume that they don't know how to use it.

Powerball is more versitile.
After a couple of weeks of use I have to say that while this is a quality product and does what it is advertised to do I still get a better workout from the Dynaflex powerball. The powerball does what this trainer does and more. I was expecting the TourGrip trainer to work my forearm more, but it does it less. It is a more gentle introduction to the Dynaflex line of trainers. If you have a powerball, then the TourGrip does not really add anything to and is harder to get started, but once going the handle makes it easier to keep it going for longer. If you have neither and want a golf specific workout, then you can't go wrong with the TourGrip, but I would still recommend the powerball.

Buy the docking station!
It is very difficult to generate sufficient starting speed on this model. Unlike some of the other balls, it does not have a string mechanism. I really recommend getting a docking station that will start it for you--it saves a lot of time and frustration. Once started by the powered docking station, it works just as promised. I would give a rating of five stars to the combination of the Tour Grip and the docking station. I haven't yet decided whether I think the handle is necessary, but since you can grip the ball itself, it gives you the option to use it either way.

Surprisingly great.
I'm an avid golfer and occasionally I would have forearm pain. This product actually helped improve my forearm strength with a good amount of resistance it puts out. I was so pleased I purchased their powerball as well so when I'm at the office I can work my wrist mobility while I work. Ever since I bought the Tour Grip and the powerball I haven't had any pain or mobility issues, my only regret is not buying it sooner!
