I am absolutely thrilled with the Gyokuro Isshin! The flavor profile has a wonderful umami, reminiscent of fresh seaweed, with a lingering subtle sweetness that is truly a genuine pleasure. Lovely Tea!
This is a delicate and very refreshing tea. It comes with instructions that clearly explain how to properly make the tea. This is my treat on cold and rainy days or any time my spirits need a lift. Comfort and gentle energy in a cup.

A light grassy tasty tea
It is a very light flavor, personally I wish it was a bit stronger. However this can be corrected by simply adding more tea. That said, it is a light, smooth, and grassy green tea type flavor. It is pleasant and arrived fresh.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best-tasting Gyokuro on amazon. I like to cold-brew it, especially since it's summer. Can be re-steeped many times. Definitely a splurge purchase and not something I can drink every day, but it's worth it if you can afford it.
