Love it!
I love this product so far. I read a lot of reviews about the pump not working, but I got it to pump to the full size without having to wait 24 hours, though it requires some strength. Finished building and pumping in 5 min. At first, the pump did leak air, but then I twisted it more closed where I heard the air leaking and it immediately stopped. Just got to play with it a little. Then I just kept going until I couldn't anymore. I'm fairly strong as a woman though so I was able to push past that barrier point when getting it to full size right away once the pump was fixed, without even meaning to. It was quite the arm workout 😁 I would say my biggest complaint with the pump was the pipe piece wouldn't fit all the way into the opening of the ball. It was more like I laid it on top the hole and kept still as much as possible while pumping it. Other than that, I still got it to full size without having to switch to another pump in the house like Ive read others doing. I love it. I got it to replace my gaming chair since the suspension and arms broke and is no longer adjustable to my height and is very uncomfortable, causing pain to my legs and back. I know this isn't a gaming chair, but it's cheaper and serves dual purpose to do yoga and pilates with too, while still being comfortable. Moment I first sat on it I popped my back, plus love the mobility of it. Highly recommend.

Read the Inflation Instructions
Chair works great! Very comfortable. Was helpful to use a rubber hammer to assemble the pieces. Assembly took about 5 minutes.Read the instructions on how to properly inflate the ball, to reach full inflation/size. I attached an image showing the instructions to this review. From reading others reviews about the exercise ball being too small, I don't think they followed the instructions properly. It's a solid chair. Just follow the instructions and you'll be set!

Wrong size ball: EDIT, right size ball
Edit: 11/28/2021I meant to come back and update this. Sigh. It IS the right size ball. It eventually fills up. But it is so uncertain throughout the process. You really have to trust the process and trust the ball will not explode in your face. I finally filled It all the way and it’s been that way for about a year. Will take new pics later.(Original)The ball is CLEARLY not the right size ball. I have been trying to inflate it over 4 days now.Day 1 took it out and inflated mostly full.Day 2 deflated halfDay 3 reinflated completed full.It looks nothing like the images. And I have already spent additional money getting the wheel extenders to try to get more height. And I’m 5’3”! When I sit on it my knees are higher than my hips.I’m barely able to comfortably work at my puzzle table.I will either need to send it back due to false advertising or resign to get a new ball from a completely different company. But as I’ve already spent too much on this purchase, Im leaning towards sending it back and not reward them for deceptive advertising. I don’t like to hassle with contacting customer support as you have to email them and wait. Honestly, have better quality control. Why did no one notice these incredibly small balls and the complaints in other reviews. It seems like this is an issue with the grey one as other reviews show.EDITDay 4 - I was able to inflate it a slight bit more. It now sits at 42 cm high. The images in the description clearly state the ball should reach 52 cm. So it is definitely too small and I honestly don’t see where another magical 10 cm is going to come from. It’s already very taut and I 100% followed the inflating instructions. It’s as if they've given a child size ball instead.

Whatever It’s Supposed To Do, It Does!
I used this product for the past 3 days, using it everywhere but the kitchen and bathroom for sitting. I noticed an improvement in my posture and an alleviation in pain from my lower back. As much as I bounce, me legs will have huge muscles. lol. It took less than 3 minutes to inflate the ball with the provided hand pump. The metal bar, part I, is very difficult to put in for whatever reason- one side goes in fully, the other doesn’t. So I pulled them out and put the problem side in first, and now the previously good side isn’t going in 😒 It didn’t stop the functionality of the product so I’m just ignoring it for now. lol. All in all, great product! I’ll probably order another one so I can have one for each level of my home. Also, it’s very lightweight! Maybe less than 10lbs. Super easy to transport.

Too small not sturdy
The whole thing is a joke. The ball it comes will too small 52cm ball. When I use this vall and chair my desk is practically at my chin. I am 5'4". The plastic chair the tiny ball sits on is not sturdy. What is the point of the back rest. You can not rest on it. The wheels don't work. And when I put in for a return, which was acceptable, UPS talked to my 14 year old kid who brought me a table as the left without the boxed product. (I did wait till the last minute to return that's on me.) I tried canceling the return to just take it to a return post and now it's too late. Someone tell me why the UPS person would do something like that

Ball is OK once it is finally inflated (with an electric pump).
As many people here noted, manual pump enclosed is completely useless so no surprise here. Just want to confirm this. Useless as last year's snow. I tried it out of curiosity and then set it aside. Used an electric pump for mattresses etc. Once inflated the ball is OK. I inflated it to 19.5 inches that is slightly smaller than recommended 52 cm. Still fits and feels OK.

Saved my back
The product arrived in a timely manner and was simple to put together. I was pregnant and working a desk job at the time I purchased this product. My back had been killing me from sitting all the time. This product changed that entirely. It is comfortable and so much better on your back. I would reccomend. Also the colors are as pictured. This is great alternative office chair seating.
