Great all purpose glue. Dries quick and clear. Repaired items are sturdy and useful again. It's my go-to for almost all repair jobs requiring glue!

I've been using this brand of glue since 1982 on woodworking projects. I mix the glue with fine sawdust to make wood putty and fill holes or flaws in my projects. It takes the stain just like wood does and it stays in place. I have a grandfather clock that I built in 1982 and I have not needed to replace any of the putty in the wood flaws. You don't have a lot of time to spare when mixing it with sawdust, but you have enough time to mix small amounts and to get the putty in holes or flaws. If I want thinner putty with a longer set time and to be able to force it into smaller cracks, I simply use more Duco mixed with the sawdust.

I use Duco Cement to glue feathers onto wood-shaft arrows for archery. It is simply the best product. Unaffected by shot after shot from a longbow; this glue works.

I used this product for decades, and I am glad that it is still around. The glue sticks well on many surfaces, although it became unglued on paper and a thick cotton sewing frog.I used it on wood, different types of papers, and plastic.
