is it easy to get off the pole? i want to bring it to class. we wipe ours down with alcohol and a rag, will that remove any residue from this?

oh yeah. it comes right off with alcohol. sometimes it even comes off from like a pole sit or something. i use mine at my studio all the time

How long does it last before it becomes useless?

I bought my last ine 6 months ago and just now reordering one. I don’t use it every day maybe one or two ways a week, 2-3 time per session. It’s finally done done.

I use this to Pat down my Pole and my body and it work great. Expressional when I'm sweaty and its humid in the studio.

Is there a way to refill the grip in the case?

No, it's sealed and doesn't open. For what it's worth my first pad lasted me about 3 months during the summer when I was using it constantly.
