I don’t know why everyone is buying the ones with a bamboo lid when they have these silicone ones! I love this so much and the color is perfect. Not sure how I would feel about a silicone straw but I actually like it. I wish they offered a slightly smaller size for my morning iced matcha latte but otherwise, it’s perfect. It’s a little big to fit in the cup holders in my car, but in all fairness my cup holders and pretty tiny compared to other cars.

I bought this Aug 24 and today is Oct 26 and this item broke without notice. The window to return is closed so it is now useless which is unfortunate because I loved it, used it, and cherished it for the fact that it kept my drinks cold. This surprising crack in the bottom/break was not noted until I put in a beverage that spilled everywhere. I always washed it gently and took such good care of it and all by itself, the delicate glass on the bottom just broke. I am heartbroken - like the glass on this item.

Update: rubber seal in the lid has come off after 2 weeks of use. I crazy glued it back on but it appears to be cheaply made. Also spilled all over my car this AM due to it not fitting in a cup holder!Silicone does not come off the glass. I am worried that eventually mold can grow underneath it being that water will go in during the cleaning process. Also, it does not fit in a standard size car cup holder. Ultimately, I like the design but it is not leak proof, poses cleaning issues, and does not fit in cup holders.

I was hesitant on this purchase due to the amount of complaints about the lids molding, but when I received my product there was a tag that says if it gets cracked, ruined or molds they will replace at no charge. I am SO happy with this product and have used it nonstop since I got it!The glass and silicone holder do collect a lot of condensation if your drink is especially cold, which can be slippery and hard to hold. I have been afraid that I will break it, but I get over that fear pretty quickly.Will update with more information as I learn it.

Update: customer service is great. The lids seem to be kind of loose. Wouldn't tighten. I addressed this problem and they sent me replacements. One cup came shattered so they sent me another replacement. They even sent one that was similar but better than the original one I purchased! So the 5 star is for the customer service. What I really really like are their cups with the bamboo tops. They're sturdy, has a small straw hole, easy for my toddler to drink from, and they look super cute!!It's light, unlike other glass cups. Eco friendly. Convertible- Comes with two types of lids and a straw. Has protection on the bottom but still has a hole to see through the cup. I don't have to worry about rust or BPA.Great price for two bottles. It's basically BOGO.Dislikes: the size of the hole and straw. I initially purchased this cup because I like a tall cup to put milk (or any fluid) in, for my toddler. I needed something BPA and rust free. I wanted something clear so I can see whether the cup is dirty/clean or full/empty. I like glass but it breaks too easily especially if my toddler drops it on the floor. So this was perfect until I found out the straw is so big. My child doesn't like so much milk flowing into his mouth. He likes skinnier straws. So this cup is perfect except the width of the straw and straw hole. I'm still going to keep it because I got such a good deal for two cups. I know I can use a skinnier straw but if my child tips it over or drops it, it's more likely to spill a lot easier. I'm hoping they have a kid with a skinnier hole or can make one for purchase.

I needed a glass tumbler for bubble tea and smoothies. I love that this had the silicone cover on the bottom to protect the glass. I also like the silicone/metal option for the lid, instead of the bamboo lid options because those are bound to mold at some point. I was strongly looking @ a diff. option on Amazon before I found this product and I’m glad I did, because the other product had many reviewers posting an issue about the glass bottom randomly breaking. I’ve poured extremely hot tea into this container and it’s held up. I appreciate these coming in a 2-pack so I always have a back up option while one is being cleaned. That, or I can share the other with a friend to use. These are dishwasher safe too which is a HUGE + for my busy lifestyle. Overall, these checked all the boxes and were the best option for me. The price is also reasonable. Thank you!

This bottle is just what I was looking for! It's the right shape to fit in my car's cup holders.. It holds just the right amount of beverage--less than a soda can but more than a Big Gulp. The sippee-mode opening is small enough to limit flow (and CO2 release), and there's no silly cap to break off or misplace. The silicone straw is a great feature and can also serve as an on-the-go resusable straw for restaurant use. The glass construction allows for good insulation and ease in thorough cleaning. The silicone top is likewise easy to clean. Lots of bottles on the market include lids rife with crannies, and corners, making them magnets for bacterial contamination--but not this one. Finally, I love the fact that if/when I misplace the metal top and/or screw-down ring, I can just replace those parts with regular Mason-type canning jar lids. Oh yeah, one more thing I like: Minimalist design with no logo. Very cool. Let the product speak for itself!

Great glass tumbler & super cute

Very happy with puchase. Doesn't leak and fits nicely in the cupholder in my car. Have only used it for cold beverages, so not sure how well it holds heat. However the customer service with this company has been amazing. With my purchase I received a note of a free gift. When I contacted the company they stated it was for US residents only and when it came available they'd contact me. I didn't hold out hope, but this week I received an email from them stating my free gift was on its way. It has been a couple months since my purchase and i am so blown away they proactively reached out to follow through.

Bottle itself is beautiful, but mine arrived without the silicone straw that should have been included. Very disappointing.
