I replaced a cheap battery operated stapler because it was constantly jamming and not reliable. I spent a few extra bucks to get this one.As soon as I opened the box I knew I had made the right decision. The quality was obvious as soon as I held it in my hand. Well-made and solid.The first thing I did was to install the six AA batteries. I knew that was needed from the listing so I had purchased those ahead of time. The batteries had a good snug fit and loaded easily. I did have to study the directions to find the battery storage bay. After I did that I found it on the very bottom and slid it off with no problems. I opened the tray to load staples and much to my pleasant surprise it was already loaded. That is a very nice touch from the vendor and something you don't see very often.It comes with a power supply but I like the portability of battery operated.I also like the fact that it uses standard staples which I have a good supply of. Even though there is an adjustment setting for how far from the edge of the paper the staple is placed, I will not use that very often. I set it to staple as close to the edge as possible and it'll stay at that setting. But, it is good to know I can make an adjustment if necessary.I used it all day yesterday and never once had a problem. As soon as you insert the paper to trip the trigger, the stapler responds instantly and efficiently. You can just tell it's made right. I haven't stapled more than five sheets of 20 pound paper at a time, but I believe it will comfortably do more than five. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Works really well. Easy to use. I like that it also can use batteries.

**May 2017 Update** I started having issues with the stapler tray not loading correctly. The machine worked just fine but the loading tray would not latch into place correctly. I sent them a picture and a description of what was happening. They responded the next day and said they'd send me an expedited replacement. I received the stapler two days later and am back in business. While the stapler had a little hiccup working, their customer service is A+. I would definitely buy this stapler again based on their customer serviceI purchased this stapler in June of 2016. I staple on avg about ~2200 things a week (usually 3-4 page thick paper pamphlets to brown lunch bag type material) and this stapler has worked perfectly. It is very fast and quiet. It uses standard staples and has only "jammed" when I tried to staples through a 20 page document. It is very light weight and easy to pick up and maneuver when stapling at different angles. I'm very happy with the purchase.I don't normally write reviews but I had messaged the company when my stapler started having a few issues. My power cord was faulty and sometimes the stapler wouldn't receive power, i'd have to wiggle the cord around or unplug the back and plug it back in. I reached out to the company and they responded the next day that they'd be happy to send me a brand new replacement stapler! I was just expecting them to maybe ship a replacement cord or something but I received my new stapler less than a week after contacting them.The stapler works great and they have awesome customer service

the unit works perfect. i had bought this couple years, very happy. customer service deserve more than 5 or 6 stars. very fast respond and great service. this is my favorite store, now.

I had another brand electric stapler and after about a year it just stopped working. I saw reviews that this one has a lifetime warranty so I decided to try it. I tried to register it and was told I would receive an email confirmation but I did not. I hope they still honor the warranty. It seems heavier and sturdier than my old one. Slightly louder but as long as it keeps working that's fine. I also tried a Swingline also but was not at all happy with that one. It sits at my desk at home for very light duty as it is not good for work.

I had a very big, bulky electric stapler for my office, and I really needed to conserve space on my desk. This smaller stapler did the trick. It works great.

Constantly gets hung up. I'm ready to throw it away. It isn't used on a regular basis and since I purchased it back in April, it can't be returned. Terrible product. Definitely not worth the money spent. This is a flaw in buying products through Amazon.

I have probably purchased at least ten of these over the last 3-4 years for myself and staff. There are two big pulls to this: it's reliable and it's really convenient.Reliability: Pretty reliable. Staples penetrate cleanly without a single issue. Haven't had a single jam in 3-4 years. There's a slider at the front for staple depth - that hasn't jammed either. I'm using the AC adapter, not batteries. Only one of my staplers developed an issue this month where the sensor stopped working (I believe this stapler was around 3 years old), and after contacting the company I was able to get a replacement free of charge! Really happy with that.Convenience: It just feels really good and easy to use.If you have some extra cash laying around, this is a straight upgrade to typical staplers. I'd recommend it pretty strongly for anyone that goes through a lot of staples or staplers.

I've had this stapler now for about 8 months and use it on a regular basis stapling from just two sheets of paper through to about 28 and so far, touch wood, it has been completely trouble free. no jammed staples, no problems with staples not going through all of the paper, no sharp half closed staples - perfect staplying every time. I am very happy with this product and whilst it seems expensive for a stapler, I think it is worth the money given that every hand held stapler I have ever used always jams or fails to get through more than a couple of sheets of paper and regularly only half closes the staple and always results in time wasted trying to prise out staples that are stuck using a letter knife and making multiple holes in a document and still failing to get the staple through. Excellent product.

After much research I decided to try this electric stapler. It has been absolutely excellent, and the company are extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. Super fast shipping too. Very pleased with this product, it handles all our paperwork at our clinic very well and is a pleasure to use. Thoroughly recommend!!!
