Can anyone tell me how this is packaged? It says 250 grams,other bulk boxes come w/ 16 gram boxes, within a larger box.(12 boxes @ 16 grams = 192)

It comes packaged in a large box, inside is a plastic wrapper filled with a bunch of sticks-250grams worth. This isn't a box packed full of little boxes. I love purchasing this incense this way, I don't have to waste time opening a bunch of little boxes.

what's the difference between this kind and the blue or red?

It all comes down to personal preference. They all smell slightly different. I prefer Goloka to all others. Others feel differently. I find Goloka to be slightly sweeter and floral and less cloying than the red or blue. It's my personal favorite. It might be yours or it might not. The only way to know is to try it.
