MAC False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara

I ordered this product (when I got back home) after using my sisters (cosmetologist/ beautician) that I was visiting, I forgot mine and I fell in love with it, like no other mascara. I didn't use it right away (sat for 2 years) because I had another brand that I just bought (two tubes) and didn't go many places because of COVID. I just started using this very mascara (about 5 months ago) and I love it. I have contacts so I definitely need one that is not waterproof and non flaking, best ever. I wear it all day and even after being to the gym and at the end of the day no flaking and no raccoon eyes. If I do have very little little flaking it is because I forgot that I had mascara on and I rubbed my eye(s). I don't use the mascara if I am staying at home or just going to the store so I don't go thru it like someone going to work everyday. At night I just splash warm water on my face softening up the mascara and rub eye gently, then I use my facial wash and washcloth, gently, to remove the mascara. If you read the product information you will see that this is not waterproof and does not claim to curl your lashes but they do have some that are just that. Do not review this product badly if those are the features you are looking for and don't find them in this very product. MAC makes mascara just for curling and waterproof but not in this one.

Love this mascara. Makes my eyelashes look fuller. Like I have false eyelashes on. I don’t think Mac has it anymore this is the only place I could find it. Will buy again if available.

For me, finding a good mascara is difficult. Thankfully my search is over! This mascara is amazing! It separates, volumizes and seems to lengthen with just one coat and lasts all day with no raccoon eyes or flaking.

This mascara was written up in a magazine as a product that would make my eyelashes look longer and thicker, which it did. But any mascara will do that. It was also written up as a mascara that wouldn't smudge. By the end of the day, I looked like I had two black eyes. There is something about my skin or my eyelashes that I cannot wear any mascara but one kind, that does not smudge. Lesson learned. Stick to your tried and true.

Ever since I started ordering this online , as opposed to at the store, it doesn’t last as long. Is it not as full with the product , or is it drying up because of so much shipping ?It used to last two months , now not even a month.

I just received this mascara and was very happy how it made my skimpy lashes stand out. HOWEVER, I wear contact lenses and use eye drops. The first time I put drops in my eyes, this mascara disolved! The tiniest bit of moisture and it is all over my eyes. Please keep this in mind if you decide to order it--NOT moisture proof!!

This product is amazing but doesn't give me the curl I want, it is brilliant for length though. The waterproof formula of this which I got after really let me down. I am a mac older and have since brought a different brand of mascara because the waterproof was so bad

product was a gift for my daughter who has used this eyeliner for years. She is sensitive to other mascaras but has never had an adverse reaction to this one. Mac products are the best for her!!
