Bit disappointed that the remote didn't work after trying three lots of batteries.Emailed the company, I got a reply with in the hour they asked what the serial number was and when I bought it. Send a replacement with out a problem. I would recommend their customer service. We are 7months down the line television will not switch off after turning it off at the remote. I am left with a blur screen and the words something has gone wrong. Even I could work that one out with out being told. I can get it open in prime but cannot access any channel. Sky when you open sky the box in the top right hand corner is blank. I cannot gain access to any thing on the television with ok the words something has gone wrong. Amon suggested contacting the manufacture themselves which I am doing in the morning

The media could not be loaded. I've I bought this TV on 28th March 2021 and it's remote no longer works, please tell me what to do!!! I am very disappointed

Big tv, goigle voice control, can get all the apps.Down fall.. sound is lacking.. tinny. Needs a sound bar. Picture is not crisp but im not so hightech to notice much, however my teenage son did. Remote signal and processing speed are a bit slow but with patience its perfectly functionable. Electo magnetic interefemce causes apps to. Crash....suvh as a fan being on.Not sure if i looked around enough for a better price but im sure for the size and functions available, £200 is a bargain bag price...i hope.It will do. Firestick is faster on my basic tv upstairs. But i do still enjoy using this tv.

Great telly for the price . Bought for the bedroom and works great . Easy to install apps etc

Great smart tv for money, can’t fault it don’t go by the name, bought a Toshiba came cracked screen, cello far superior.

We lived this tele. Easy set up, great picture, no lag for price range and good sound.But it lasted a week before grey screen and stopped working.Refund organised easy enough through Amazon but this was a let down for a potentially good tele.
