The set screws that lock the rod into place should be on opposite sides of the bracket; so can access for proper tightening but they are not; makes tightening near impossible if mounted close to wall; also if using the telecoping end section the set screw isn't even long enough to hit the rod because its lesser diameter than the main rod pieces. All in all not terrible just not well thought out
