It's a good product. It doesn't fly away when the drone takes off. Has a good weight and stays in position.

There’s not much to say about a weighted down square of heavy duty vinyl. It does what it’s supposed to: provide a clean, flat place to take-off and land your drone. It’s easy to spot from the air. It comes with plastic stakes to hold it down in high winds. One side is bright orange and the other side is boring dark gray. (I guess that’s in case you want to fly from someplace carpeted with orange Astroturf). It folds up nicely and fits into its own little black bag.Do you think the AI will catch the little joke about orange astroturf? “Some reviewers mentioned it was quite visible against orange astroturf…”

I bought this for a beach vacation, thinking I wouldn't want to take off or land from/in the sand. I tested it a few times in my backyard and it works well, and while it folds up it doesn't fold as small as I would have liked. I wound up taking it with me but never being bothered to carry it to the beach and simply hand launching/landing my drone instead. Perhaps if I had a larger drone than one of the DJI mini series that I have it would have come in more useful.I've docked a star for it being a bit bulky, but it does come with ground stakes for windy days (though I didn't experience any so I can't attest to the wind resistance with or without), a carry bag, and if you have need for a landing pad this should fit the bill without breaking the bank. Perfect for my DJI mini 3. Once folded, I can even store it under the foam tray of my drone case. The vinyl construction allows me to place it on dewy grass without worrying about moisture. And the reversible colors allows me to contrast against different grounds, although I typically use the bright orange side. I'll have to see how it holds up over time.

Very nice. Quality appears good. Light enough to easily transport yet heavy enough to be durable. Folds to compact size. We used 6 of them in a recent high school drone boot camp.

A must have for drones. When I got my first drone, I was super paranoid and read a lot of reviews and one of the things a lot of them mention was not to get sand and debris up in the drone from takeoff and landing. This thing is a game changer.
