This product is plastic and it's not perfect but it works
The shower heads works great but for the people that says this product doesn't work.There's a trick to this, the off and on switch can be loose by sliding left and right and think it doesn't work. I'll advise to hold the shower head and lift the switch gently and slide it on or off.It's plastic and it can be manufacturing defects but I hope this helps people with this.

check it first before install it for malfunction. Or some parts are loose or missing.
At end works great . We install the shower with all specification but did not works. We redo everything to make sure everything was rigth. Finally because my husband has a degree in industrial maintenance. He remove the shower and check the product again and notice there was a defect. Maybe because the shipment or a factory defect. Since we need it so much he fix it. But it takes hours of work to find out. Better to buy it from local stores. Now it is working great. So few minutes that I asked to return the product. My husband call me and let me know that finaly he fix it and works.
