I ordered one of their products. It looked great but, was to big for my dog. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They sent me a message asking I message them back so they could send me another one. Only problem is...there's no way to message them. They can't accept messages (through my Amazon messaging area) and there isn't a place on their company store site or page where I purchased the item. No 'contact us' anywhere. Very odd. That's my only complaint.

Collar tag was printed just as I requested with information I wanted....fit dog perfectly and he is happy now that he has a collar. I like reflection part on collar because I can see him in back yard at night.

The only thing I dislike is that it seems to loosen up on its own and I have to retighten it periodically. Otherwise, all good!

Would buy again

Just purchased a second collar for a back up when our pup managed to get the first one off, found the first one :) The first one we bought a year ago and it still looks as good as new! They are very sturdy and well made. Our little girl is not gentle on anything and this collar has been perfect. Nice to have peace of mind knowing that IF she got out (never has) she would have all kinds of identifying info besides her chip. The peace of mind alone is worth every penny! I don't know how people's dogs are getting sores unless they didn't personally take the time to see that the tabs on the is plate are not sticking out and able to rub the dogs neck. I mean seriously? These are great collars, so much so I ordered a backup a year later.

Needed a good reflective dog collar for our solid black dog who is hard to see at night. With this collar he should be easy to spot at night. Love how the name tag is attached right to the collar so there shouldn’t be a chance of the tag getting lost. He is somewhat of an escape artist, so it’s important that he has an id tag and can be seen at night.
