797- M (3-Pack) Pitney Bowes Red Ink Cartridge for K700, mailstation and mailstation2 Postage Meters

I bought a 3 pack of 797 - M/O. it did state it would work for the K7MO Pitney Bowes mailstation and when I put it in today it does not work, and now I missed my window of opportunity to return it by 2 weeks, because I did not need it for about a month and a half. Did NOT buy this product for the K7MO, as you will be wasting your money.

These were enormously cheaper then the ones that pitney Bowes tries to force you to buy. Quality is good, fit is good, I would not hesitate to reorder them*********************************************************************************************Six month follow up. The first cartridge lasted 6 months I was very impressed with thatI went to replace it and the 2nd cartridge appeared dry. Pulled out the third and it was no betterThe company responded to me E-mail in about an hour with and offer of sending out replacements.I was impressed with the speed and ease of the resolution

This is for the Pitney Bowes MailStation2 postage meter that I use in my offices. It is the same fluorescent red ink that is required by the Postal Service. I got three cartridges for one-third of the cost if buying just one official PB cartridge. They work the same and the meter doesn't know the difference. I will purchase these again.

Tried using this product for the first time today and when I put it in my Pitney Bowes machine it was not working correctly. It was putting drops of ink onto my mail and not printing properly. When I went to take out the cartridge, it caused a jam in my machine and I couldn’t get it out. I called the manufacture number on the box and they told me to call Pitney Bowes because it seems like their issue. What is really frustrating is I’ve had the machine for four years and never had an issue with any other ink. I did call Pitney Bowes and they’re replacing the machine but I would highly discourage anybody thinking about trying to use this product for fear that they may damage their machine.

These did not work in the postage machine that it said it would. When removing the original Pitney Bowes ink cartridge, it was clear there was a different piece on the end of this that was not on the original. I believe this caused the issues with the ink not coming out properly. I was unable to get any of these to work in my machine, and of course I had a deadline mailing to get out. Had to pay to overnight the Pitney Bowes ink to me. Very disappointed, and of course missed the window to return them.

Did not work!

I bought this product for my office postage machine but even verifying the cartridge was compatible with the model and number of my machine it still did not fit and I had to return it. A shame because the price was very good.

Thank you for selling these cartridges on Amazon, they are cheaper than they are from Pitney Bows. I will continue to purchase my ink cartridges from you because you have such a great deal, keep the prices low and you will keep me as a customer thank you.
